How to avail FREE SHIPPING on prepaid orders

You can get free shipping (standard) on all prepaid orders with no minimum amount. Follow the steps below to avail free shipping:

 

STEP 1: Add Items to Cart and Checkout

After you have added items to the cart, you can click on "Checkout" button to take you through the checkout process

 

STEP 2: Fill in the Personal Information

Fill in the personal information including shipping address and contact details and click on "Continue to Shipping"

 

STEP 3: Choose Shipping Mode

Once you have filled in your shipping information, you can choose which type of shipping you want to avail - standard shipping or express shipping. Once you have selected the shipping mode, click on "Continue to Payment".

 

 

STEP 4: Choose Razorpay from Payment Options

After choosing shipping, you will be asked to choose between Razorpay (which supports all types of online payment methods such as credit or debit cards, netbanking, UPI, wallets, etc.) or COD (Cash on Delivery).

Choose "Razorpay" and then click on "Complete Order" button.

The free shipping offer will be applied on the Razorpay payment page so don't worry if you still see shipping included in your total.

 

STEP 5: Choose the offer on Razorpay payment page

On the Razorpay payment page, you will be displayed with multiple offers at the bottom end of the screen.

Click on the offers below.

Choose the offer based on the mode of payment you are going to do. For eg, if you plan to pay via UPI, choose "Free shipping on UPI payment" offer from the list.

Click on "Apply Offer" button below.

 

STEP 6: Free shipping is applied and make the payment

After clicking on "Apply Offer", you will notice that the offer has been applied and the total amount has been adjusted accordingly. Click on the "Pay" button to make the payment and confirm your order.

Please note that only standard shipping charges are adjusted. If you have opted for express delivery, the standard charges will be deducted and you'll have to pay the extra amount (INR 50) for faster delivery.
