CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We put all the love and care in creating our products for you. These products are made by artists and we reward them for their time and effort. Production of each item is made on order and that is why we have a NO RETURN policy. 

We encourage our customers to check the size chart before they place their orders to avoid any size issues. While we understand that every body type is different and there might still be a size issue, we do allow for an exchange of the product.

Exchanges are applicable only in the following cases:

  • if a wrong size has been ordered, on the same product within a period of 5 days from the date of delivery. The shipping cost has to be borne by the customer.
  • if a wrong product/size has been sent than the one that was ordered. No shipping charges to be borne by the customer in this case.

 

Damages and issues
We request our customers to create a video while opening the courier bag and inspect the order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

 

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION – Terms and Conditions:

  • If you have placed a COD order our customer service team will call you for confirmation of the order to be shipped.
  • Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reverted. New order needs to be placed by the customer.
  • Once the order is in processing status it cannot be cancelled.
  • For changes in the order before it has been shipped,Please reach out to us on Instagram at the earliest and we will see if we can work it out for you.Changes in the order cannot be made once shipped.
